| Each day the pouring beds are prepared for set up of each precast concrete Quick Wall panel. |
| Insulation Styrofoam is glued to the beds, door bucks are placed according to plans, metal knock-out pans are used to achieve 1/8 inch clearance for window bucks and all necessary rebar and wire mesh for structural support is added. |
| Column and lintel molds are also prepared at the same time. |
| Once the set up is complete and our quality control team double checks everything, the self compacting concrete is poured into each panel form. |
